Interview Series

1. If you could live out your WILDEST dream with no fear of failure, what would you be doing?

If I could live out my wildest dream with no fear of failure I would be doing any and everything pertaining to the arts. I think of individuals like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart or Jay Z who venture into plenty different fields whether it's rapping on stage one minute, being in a TV show/Movie the next, or even hosting a major event such as SNL or the Oscars/Grammys etc..

2. What is the most memorable, funniest, or craziest thing that has happened to you on your entertainment journey?

I think the most memorable moment for me was when I got my first agent. On my trip to LA for about 4 days, he was the last agent I auditioned for before heading back home to NY and I was so nervous for days just waiting to hear who'd be interested in representing me. I finally heard back after a couple days from this agent who showed a lot of interest and he even went as far as to represent me from a whole other coast. The feeling was nothing short of euphoric because it had me believing in my abilities all the more.

3. Congratulations! You just hit the lottery for 100 million dollars! What do you spend it on?

-First I'm letting Uncle Sam take his portion

-Tithe to the church

-Pay every last bill and be debt free.

-Invest in medical procedures that me & my wife need to better improve our health

-Give a good chunk to our parents to make sure they can take care of everything they have going on & ease their stress hopefully

-Buy a house

-Give some away

-Put some in our savings

-Either travel/treat ourselves in some way shape or form.

4. Do you have any hidden talents or party tricks?

I'm not sure if any of my talents are necessarily "hidden" because if they are then they're probably even hidden from me and I have yet to unlock that kind of potential. I will say that I can probably cook more than a lot of people give me credit for. As far as party tricks are concerned I'm definitely good for a card trick or 2 if the function is ever in need of some entertainment.

5. What advice would you give to your younger self?

Advice for young me: Be patient with your family and those around you. They're learning just like you are. You are important and have confidence because believe it or not people admire and respect you. & most importantly, focus on becoming the best version of yourself before even THINKING of being in a relationship.

6. Who, in the entertainment industry, do you love that you think more people should know about? Why? Shout them out and spread the love!

It's a hard tie between two gentlemen as of recently. My initial response when it comes to these kinds of questions is usually Dave Chappelle but assuming that there's enough people who know who he is, I'm going to go with another comedian who goes by the name of Ryan Davis. Ryan is definitely an intuitive, intellectual, down to earth man who is just generally a good dude. He has a gift of humor that he uses to make sense of the tough things that life can throw at someone. I had the pleasure of attending one of his comedy shows and he was nice enough to be personable and share his knowledge with me.
